How our service works
Sue generally liaises with the decision makers, CEOs / Technical Managers and business owners, but her work requires her to be able to work right across an organisation. She believes this is a critical part of the success of the process.
SMS Consulting takes great pride in their ability to work with almost everyone, which allows the understanding and communication of just how important quality systems and procedures are to a business’s bottom line.
What do our clients say?
Community support
We regularly get together with like-minded business owners to network, to check in on how everyone is doing, to share our experience and business knowledge and act as a mentor or adviser, plus we regularly donate to our local foodbank service providers.
Sustainability
Living a more sustainable life, both personally and professionally is important to us. We try to minimise our waste outputs by recycling and repurposing, and through purchasing decisions. We are mindful of our energy usage and walk to meetings wherever possible.
