The purpose of our engaging Mrs Sheely, was to assist with the provision of a robust and auditable Quality System that would meet all current Regulatory and Customer requirements. The objective of this project, was to gain strategic compliance indicator measures and internal audit functionality.
At the completion of the project, Home Support H.B. gained a Quality Management Plan, Process and Audit Schedule. This included templates and compliance measures, which were developed jointly with Mrs Sheely and the Home Support Quality Management Committee.
In summary, the tutoring delivered by Mrs Sheely has provided Home Support H.B. with the necessary tools to effectively develop and maintain their overall Quality Management Plan and Systems.
